This checklist is a starting point. Check each item against your current permit and your agency's standards before relying on it. Based on the Utah Division of Water Quality UPDES Construction General Permit (UTRC00000) as renewed in 2019 and modified in 2020. Section numbers refer to that permit; check them against the current permit before relying on a template.
