Utah inspection checklists
Based on the Utah Division of Water Quality UPDES Construction General Permit (UTRC00000) as renewed in 2019 and modified in 2020. Section numbers refer to that permit; check them against the current permit before relying on a template.

Office or on-site review of the SWPPP itself, before or at the first inspection.
-
Utah post-storm inspection (0.5 in. or more)
Follow-up after a storm of 0.5 inch or more, focused on where water went and what controls failed.
