This checklist is a starting point. Check each item against your current permit and your agency's standards before relying on it. Based on the CT DEEP General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater and Dewatering Wastewaters from Construction Activities, and the Connecticut Guidelines for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control. Connecticut calls the SWPPP a Stormwater Pollution Control Plan (SWPCP). Check each template against the current permit and your local requirements before relying on it.
