Virginia inspection checklists
Based on the Virginia DEQ Construction General Permit VAR10 (2024 to 2029) under the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Act, and the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook. Check each template against the current permit and your local requirements before relying on it.
-
Virginia VAR10 site inspection
Routine stormwater inspection of an active construction site, from the entrance to the perimeter to the interior. For the operator's scheduled inspections and for MS4 or county oversight visits.
-
Virginia post-storm inspection
Follow-up after a measurable storm (0.25 in. or more), focused on where water went and what controls failed.
