New Hampshire inspection checklists
New Hampshire is covered by EPA's 2022 Construction General Permit. Larger sites also need an NHDES Alteration of Terrain permit (RSA 485-A:17), whose conditions are checked here too. Check each template against the current permit and your local requirements before relying on it.
-
New Hampshire EPA CGP site inspection
Routine stormwater inspection of an active construction site, from the entrance to the perimeter to the interior. For the operator's scheduled inspections and for MS4 or county oversight visits.
-
New Hampshire post-storm inspection (0.25 in. or more)
Follow-up after a storm of 0.25 in. or more, focused on where water went and what controls failed.
