Maine inspection checklists
Based on the Maine DEP Maine Construction General Permit (MCGP) and the erosion control and stormwater rules (38 M.R.S. sections 420-C and 420-D; 06-096 CMR ch. 500, Appendices A to C). Check each template against the current permit and your local requirements before relying on it.
-
Maine MCGP site inspection
Routine stormwater inspection of an active construction site, from the entrance to the perimeter to the interior. For the operator's scheduled inspections and for MS4 or county oversight visits.
-
Maine post-storm inspection
Follow-up after a storm that causes runoff, or the storm size the permit names, focused on where water went and what controls failed.

In inspectorjay, every item gets a pass or fail, a dictated note, and geotagged photos, and the report goes to the contractor before you leave the site.
