Indiana inspection checklists
Based on the IDEM Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP, INRA00000), which replaced Rule 5 (327 IAC 15-5), and the Indiana Storm Water Quality Manual. Check each template against the current permit and your local requirements before relying on it.
-
Indiana CSGP site inspection
Routine stormwater inspection of an active construction site, from the entrance to the perimeter to the interior. For the operator's scheduled inspections and for MS4 or county oversight visits.
-
Indiana post-storm inspection
Follow-up after a storm that causes runoff, or the storm size the permit names, focused on where water went and what controls failed.
