Arizona inspection checklists
Based on the ADEQ AZPDES Construction General Permit AZG2025-001 (effective August 2025, replacing AZG2020-001). Dust is regulated separately, e.g. by county air quality rules. Check each template against the current permit and your local requirements before relying on it.
-
Arizona AZPDES CGP site inspection
Routine stormwater inspection of an active construction site, from the entrance to the perimeter to the interior. For the operator's scheduled inspections and for MS4 or county oversight visits.
-
Arizona post-storm inspection
Follow-up after a storm that causes runoff, or the storm size the permit names, focused on where water went and what controls failed.
